Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 5 working days. Please note that during sale seasons, there might be a slight delay due to a high volume of orders.

In the event of a non-standard volume shipment, we retain the right to reach out to the client regarding any additional shipment costs that may arise. Carolina Sarria is not accountable for delays in shipment attributable to weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the brand.

Once orders have been dispatched, altering the delivery address will no longer be feasible. Please ensure accurate address details are provided during the checkout process.

DELIVERY TIME AND COST

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

EXCHANGE/Store credit

Please note that sale items/one-of-kind pieces are not eligible for a return.

All other items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only, which can be applied towards your future orders with Carolina Sarria.

Our exchange policy allows you a window of 15 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a exchange request.

To initiate a exchange for Carolina Sarria products, kindly reach out to us via email at cs@carolinasarria.com and provide your order number. Currently, we do not provide shipping labels unless the error is on our part, such as shipping the wrong or defective item. If a exchange is necessary, please contact us, and we will furnish you with detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package.

Please be aware that, at this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international purchases. Customers outside the domestic region are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. Note that items may be held at your local post office until duties and taxes are paid.
